They’re finally here! Six new recipe cards for Guac and Roll Kitchen Recipes!
Okay, enough for the exclamation points (!!). It was so lovely to see how well the first batch of recipe cards went down in December (even if it did mean having to travel to another Post Office in London because I was no longer welcome in my local one after bringing so many deliveries in each day). So over Christmas Will and I got to work on a new set of recipes perfect for beginning 2017 with.
There are six to add to the collection, so 31 now in total, meaning- you guessed it, one for every day of a month. A perfect way to celebrate making it through Veganuary, whether you decide to stay vegan or are looking to include some vegan recipes into your weekly meals in the future. I’ve chosen six recipes I know I’m a better vegan cook for knowing. From a soup for all seasons and a raw pesto you can then add to pasta, salads and sandwiches, to a reliable burger recipe that’s also gluten free, to a decent ice cream recipe that doesn’t require churning.
They’re the kind of recipes you can get to know and then take off in any direction you like- the Black Bean Quesadillas are often transformed into burritos at my house- and the chocolate chip cookies make perfect ice cream sandwich enablers. I wanted to make a set of recipes that would mean if you were thinking about a burger, a creamy soup or a chewy cookie, you’d be able to make it vegan too.
The new entire pack of recipe cards- 31 cards- is now available for £31.00, or you can buy the six Veganuary recipes for £10.00, or indeed any mix of cards for £2.00 each. Just head over to the Guac Etsy page to see the shop.
It’s been an absolute blast putting this second round together- especially testing all of them over Christmas and standing in my pajamas in my parents’ garden shooting ice cream sandwiches. V festive. I can’t wait to see what you think of them.
