It’s taken a good few years to come up with a decent burger recipe, but it’s finally here (with major props to my Mum for the ground nut idea). Kale, black beans, fennel seeds and ground nuts give this burger texture, flavour and a solid reputation. No flour or under-cooked patties ‘round these parts. Just reliable, umami-laced burgers.
