Back in summer, Fry’s asked me if I’d like to put together some vegan recipes for the festive season. I ended up making eight for the cookbook, and you can download the whole thing for free, here. It’s helpful that I also happen to love Fry’s products - and while meat replacements aren’t something I add in to my meals every day, now that I’ve cooked so much with Fry’s and have tried out so many of their products, I do find myself re-routing my way home so I can pick up a pack of sausages, or chicken-style strips or nuggets. And they’re not paying me to say that!
If you want to try something a bit different this year, I hope this cookbook will provide some inspiration! It was SO much fun thinking about holiday seasons around the world that don’t involve snow, tinsel and Christmas trees - ones with BBQs and dinner eaten outside.
